Refund and Returns Policy

We aim for 100% satisfaction. Here’s how returns work:

1. Eligibility

   • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags.

   • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

2. Process

   • Email us at shindedhiraj27@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

   • Once approved, ship the item to our Mumbai address (return shipping paid by customer).

3. Refunds

   • Processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

   • Refund issued via original payment method; bank delays may apply.

4. Non-Returnable Items

   • Customized/personalized eyewear.

   • Products damaged due to customer misuse.
